This session will show you how to use Twitter to optimise your recruiting efforts. We will cover:
How to Build an Engaging Twitter Profile – this will include setting up your profile & how to creating interesting content.
How to Build your Twitter Audience – we will cover ways to quickly build an audience of engaged followers, specific to your industry, and how to utilize lists to build pipelines of talent.
How to Consistently Engage with Followers – we will cover both automated and manual ways to interact with followers & post content, along with how to optimize the use of hashtags for maximum exposure.
Twitter Search – we will show you ways to search through twitter to find the candidates you want to contact, and how to connect.
Facebook
This session will show you how to use Facebook to optimise your recruiting efforts. We will cover:
How to Build an Engaging Facebook Company Page – this will include setting up your company page, getting followers & how to creating interesting content.
Facebook Advertising – we will cover ways to quickly build an audience of engaged followers through the use of Facebook advertising. We will cover how to post and optimise free ads through Facebook marketplace, how to use targeted paid Facebook advertising and how to target only the people you want to attract for as little as $1 per day. We will also look at Facebook re-marketing to show you how to market to people who have already visited your website and convert them into real relationships.
How to Consistently Engage with Followers – we will cover both automated and manual ways to interact with followers & post content.

Linked In
This session will show you how to use Linked In to optimise your recruiting efforts. We will cover:
How to Build an Engaging Linked In Company Page – this will include setting up your company page, getting followers & how to creating interesting content.
How to Build Engagement with Linked In Audience – we will cover ways to quickly build an audience of engaged followers, including how to effectively use groups to build followers, what content to post and when, and how to use Linked In Pulse to access new audiences.
How to Consistently Engage with Followers – we will look at often unknown ways of contacting individuals, how to facilitate introductions, and how to build your network so you engage more followers.
Linked In Search – we will show you clever ways to optimize Linked In search through x-ray searching which allows you to access anyone on Linked In, even outside of your network, and how to connect with them.
Linked In Talent Pipeline – we will show you how to use Linked In, for free, as a talent pipeline tool to replace any HR or CRM system.
